About us

A trust built around ability, not limitation

Registered in 2012 as a public charitable trust, we work across disability types with children, young adults and their families.

Who we are

We began as a small group of parents, teachers and volunteers who kept meeting the same problem: families with a disabled child rarely knew what help existed, and the help that existed rarely reached them. The trust was formed to close that gap.

Today our work spans inclusive education support, health and nutrition, mobility aids, livelihood training and help with certificates, pensions and scheme access. We work with government schools, primary health centres and local self-help groups rather than around them.

How we work

  • Cross-disability by design — physical, visual, hearing, intellectual and multiple disabilities.
  • Family first — caregivers are trained and supported, not bypassed.
  • Local partnerships — schools, PHCs and panchayats are part of every programme.
  • Follow-through — aids come with fitting, training and repair support.
